Crowdtap Appoints Gayle Troberman, CMO of iHeartMedia, Inc. to Board of Directors

High-Growth Marketing Technology Company Also Expands Advisory Board with Addition of John Winsor, Founder & CEO of Victors & Spoils

New York, NY (April 14, 2015) — Crowdtap, the People-Powered Marketing Platform, today announced the addition of Gayle Troberman, CMO, iHeartMedia Inc., to its Board of Directors and John Winsor, Founder & CEO, Victors & Spoils, to its Advisory Board.

Troberman and Winsor, both renowned innovators in marketing industry, will be instrumental in providing overarching strategy as Crowdtap continues to cement its place in marketing's people-powered future.

Troberman brings category expertise via her tenure at Microsoft, which included time spent as Chief Creative Officer, as well as media experience gained during her time as Chief Marketing & Ideas Officer at IPG Mediabrands. Troberman was responsible for the first branded entertainment division at MSN.

At iHeartMedia, Inc. Troberman is responsible for the seamless integration of content, advertising and promotion across platforms to ensure marketers are able to leverage the power of the entire iHeartMedia portfolio, reaching more than a quarter billion consumers a month via radio, digital, outdoor, mobile, social and live events.

Troberman will join existing Board members Seth Levine of the Foundry Group; Matt Britton, Founder & CEO of MRY; Tim Dibble, Founder & Managing Partner of Alta Communications; and Brian Hirsch, Co-Founder of Tribeca Venture Partners.

Winsor is the founder and CEO of Victors & Spoils, an award-winning advertising agency that collaborates with Crowdtap to bring brands new, "open" systems. He is one of the industry's preeminent thought leaders on collaborative marketing, a principle that sits at the core of Crowdtap's mission.
